Re: Swan’s caddy build
It’s literally just a small waterproof tarpaulin mate….nothing special or particularly interesting, but it does help keep a little rain off.
You can buy proper covers, but they don’t look well designed and in addition have metal hooks that I think would scratch the paint.
As for the handles, I purposely went for red as I have red accents throughout the van. Stitching, calipers etc.

Swan’s caddy build
The engine bay mods have started. It’s not much, but it’s a start.
£20 for the 2 off eBlag. Chinese knock offs at their best! I had to split both to get the logos sitting level when in the locked position, but it took a few seconds with a Stanley blade.

Re: Swan’s caddy build
Cheers Sean. I thought it was about time I made a start on it. It’s never going to have a big beast in it like yours though.
It’ll give me a chance to have a go at spraying some bits too as I’m going to do my engine cover similar to how you did yours.

I used touch up paint. You get a little brush with them you need a very steady hand and a lot of patience

@ Swanny - any pics
how do you affix yours ?
I was thinking something like magnets with some kind of fabric covering to avoid paint damage
