Yes thank you glad you posted as I was not happy with the long bolts and wedge washers way of fitting so did a similar thing to you though used a hole saw and some laser cut steel discs to button it back up, bit fiddly but happy with the factory look Image will post some pics on mine when I'm done and happy with it ...

Where about did you run your wires for the speakers? Also what size speakers are you running?
Great looking build so far can't wait to see more progress

Sorry for not replying lads, I've not touched the van for ages and barely been on the forum either! I ran the wiring along to edge of the roof lining as originally I was going to the upper rear corners, then dropped down inside the c pillars. If you're going to fit them in the same place i would think along the sills/under the step would be a lot less faff. As for size I can't remember off the top of my head, similar to the fronts, may even be the same size? That's for the comments guys, hope its given you all some good ideas!

So I finally got a few hours on the van, I touched up a load of stone chips on the bonnet which were annoying me, I've just cut them all back. Should get chance to give it a wash and proper polish tomorrow. It's not perfect but you can kind of see from the pics it looks 10 times better!ImageImage

@SimonDBS cheers mate, which bits do you mean, the brackets for the rear seats?

If you're after the brackets for the rear seats everything you need should be on here, I think.

Finally got around to fitting my door handle illumination. If I'm honest it's not as bright as I was hoping, so I need to have a play about with it, not sure if it's the positioning or something else, but you can't really see the light in your own door handle, only the handle opposite even when turned right up?Image

Also picked up some foglights, just need to sort the wiring to get them working, but they definitely freshen up the front end. Next job is to cut and bond the awning rail, just need a couple dry days forecast.Image

looking good Rob. Can i ask what rail you are going to use? Looking at a couple different ones recommended by guys on here. Also what product do you use to cut back your bonnet? Mine needs some serious TLC.
