Engine swap

Hi guys, I’ve found a guy selling a 2004 caddy that’s been converted to a 1.9 bkc engine onto a 5 speed sdi gearbox.
Would this make for an easy swap onto my current 2007 sdi?
I got a quote from a mechanic and he says over 2k.
Thought this was pretty steep
Any suggestions or anyone that can do it and quote me would be much appreciated thanks.
