Yeah the BLS had the single and was replaced about 20k ago.

Ok ive the torque setting for my smf on mine there slightly different to the ones in the book
Thats what came with mine an its a valeo smf conversion on my van also have you got new bolts and thread lock ? Image

Will get new bolts from tps and thread lock from work , thanks again.

Getting excited now been bolting all the parts back together and giving them a good scrub a polish before going back on.

The green arrows are for the pressure plate to make sure it on the correct way
That may not apply to yours unless its the same clucth kit as mine

Thats a dual mass flywheel
It would be good practice to change it while its off but if you said its only done 20k should still be good


Clucth cover bolts 10nm or 7 lbf ft
Flywheel dmf
Stage 1 60nm or 44 lbf ft
Stage 2 angle tighten 90 degrees

No worries mate i have a full Haynes manual for the caddy and i have one for the asz as well helped me loads i would recommend getting one there just under 15 quid on ebay if i remember correctly
