I’m in Adelaide as well. Busy printing parts for my Caddy at the moment… when you can’t source what you want… design and build it! Image

your lucky to have a 3D printer
could you tell us about your set up please
I’m using two Artillery printers and about to bastardise a Creality because they are CRAP!!
I’m designing in OnShape and now switching across to Solidworks.

Hey Ryzar1 - still prototyping, but have had a fair bit of success with a number of prints. I’m wanting to print in a particular medium, not just PLA, so I don’t have any files ready to release.
I assume you have access to a printer and are doing the same thing?

Of course.
I have fitted an S5 roof console and hidden in the return is a printed piece to help locate it.

Now that I have this fitted I am printing an enclosure to fit in the space left by the original door light in the bulkhead.

I have also purchased a HUD and printed an enclosure for this. This will be integrated with a centre dash design at some stage.

I have been working on multiple designs for the dash centre tray - all with lids. I have attached my second prototype. The first print was 2mm out. It took me seven full days to get all the measurement correct. Image

There is a lot more designs on the way. I have just finished building a computer for the design software… totally gone down the rabbit hole!!Image
