Hi!

Yeah I’ve not found any into on fitting a winch to a caddy. I’d like one for work and generally in my experience, when you’ve got a winch you’ll find was to use it haha.

I’m not suing this winch for the caddy though. The weapon of choice should be arriving tomorrow.

T3.... you mean T25 lol. I’ve got two of them. My Cheetah and a caravelle. Both are super rare although I’ve gotta move the caravelle on as I’ve got too many cars knocking around lol. What can have you got?

don't even start me on the "T25" bit...

I've got a Westy Vanagon - very early USA import. - 1981 so she's 40 in september!

I've lost track of how many T3's I've owned, from single cabs, Doka's and even had a 16" syncro caravelle GL

I bet you wish you still had the 16” syncro stored away. They’re fetching silly money these days.

I’ve got a South African caravelle with the 2.6 5 cylinder and aircon. It’s got all the mod cons

No idea about Bristol but these big windows are uber rare in the UK so could well be the one. I believe it was once owned by the editor of the volksworld magazine. Was featured in a VW mag before. It’s a hell of a lot quicker then the caddy

Winch arrived today although I’ve sent the mounting plate back as they did a 900mm wide version for an extra £1. No brainer haha.

I am also interested in installing the winch and bull bar on VW Caddy 2.0 4Motion from 2017. Anybody has any experience on this matter?
