RUST 2014 Caddy!?!?

Has anybody experienced rust around the windscreen? I’ve just spotted 3 - 4cm of rust along the inside of the windscreen / door pillar. I have raised it with VW in the hope they will look into it as good will but 7 years old and rusting!? I couldn’t believe it. Has anybody experienced similar?

Hello, do you know if your windscreen was changed? Same happened to my Caddy and it was caused by damaging the frame around when removing the old broken windscreen.

I couldn’t say for definite but probably. Either way it sucks - I can get it blown and tidied up but hoping VW do a good will jobby but not getting my hopes up!

I doubt VW will do anything about it, check to see if the original screen has been replaced, if it has they won't touch it.
And they'll generally find any reason not to touch it without charging.
