Hi! My passenger side door is sagging slightly, and is catching slightly on the door latch when I'm closing it. Nothing major, but I'd like to see it corrected.
I've seen fixes on YouTube where they loosen the hinge bolts slightly, jack the door a bit up and then tighten them back. Would this work? Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Fix door sagging
This might work depending on what it's sagging. If the bolts have lost some torque, allowing the door to drop over time... then jacking the door slightly and then retightening the hinge bolts may sort it. Alternatively, the actual door hinge might have excessive play and need replacing then adjusting. Never replaced a door hinge, but hear the dash needs to be removed for access? Maybe someone can clarify this.

Re: Fix door sagging
More than likely be the the top hinge pin worn, just about to do my drivers side, buy a new hinge, split it and fit the door side part, fitting the whole hinge does entail major surgery.

Re: Fix door sagging
Check the weld along the front edge of the door,
I had one split from over stress.
I had to go to the scrap yard and get another door.
Hope it's not that.
