The increase in mileage since it was listed suggests that it's still being used a lot and is a daily driver. Possibly only vehicle and needs to go to make money for the next vehicle. But also suggests it's reliable.
Also says that it has been listed for a while and either the price has dropped or there is some flexibility.
The point is you were only interested when it was listed at 121K so 7K more miles brings it closer to a service and reduces the price according on mileage alone. This is a good negotiation point and one the seller will be aware will affect any potential buyer.

When did the van get a new gearbox? And if it's done a fair few miles since probably not an issue and proven to be reliable.

It's still a good price for a really good spec Van.
But bear in mind that it will look exactly the same as a MK4 2016 van with the same spec. So though a 2020 seems newer the mileage is the bigger factor with this vehicle and if you do a lot of miles yourself each year then by the time you sell it will be an even higher mileage newish vehicle and put some buyers off.
If on the other hand you only do 5-6K a year then by the time you sell it will probably be average mileage.

Great service history, clean car check with no reported damage and a good test drive from cold would be what I would do and negotiate the price down to cover your reservations about this vehicle because that's why you asked on this forum in the first place.

Good luck

is it standard or modded? I picked a standard 2.0 102 5 speed highline up in blackberry tailgate for 10k with 143 on the clocks just for reference
