Caddy Maxi - Van Conversion

Hi,
I have an old Caddy 1.6 TDI that "The Wife" managed to fill with petrol
I managed to flush it out, fill again with correct fuel and start. Going through the motor first to make sure it is still viable.
Plan is to use this Van as a first project car that will give me skills to do a lot more projects, and if it fails or I really stuff something then there is no big loss as this car was destined for the scrap yard anyway.
Ultimate plan is to repair the broken engine parts, faults.
Do a custom body kit.
Do the interior nice, reline / re cover seats all that jazz.
Then do a camper van conversion.
