Brake Upgrade kits on Ebay

Hey All,
Know doubt I'm yet another person asking for advise on a subject that has been answered numerous times. But I'm still lacking the access to the whole forum and can't access the information yet.
Anyway I have a 2018 Mk4 caddy 2.0 DSG and looking to upgrade the brakes, I'm current running the 280mm on the front and looking to fit the 345mm front and 310mm rear set up (I have 18" wheels on so know I have the clearance). In my understanding on what I can access on here the Golf R is a good donor car for this set up? Whilst searching online for upgrades I came across these kits on eBay (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/325737620769 ... =view_item) does anyone have any experience of fitting these or know the quality of the products, I mean I'd prefer to fit genuine VW parts but the full kit seems a great option.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated and again I'm sorry if this is a repeated question.
Thanks
