Hi everyone, I just joined up 5 minutes ago!! Thanks Lams for letting me know about this forum.
Yep, thats my Caddy, I love the thing. I use it for my business to take the strain off my GTI. I borrowed the BBS's off the golf for a show down here a few weeks ago.
I just fitted the slider rail cover last saturday, was very easy to make the front support bracket that you cannot buy.

What suspension kit are you running on your caddy mate? it sits lovely!

What are those wheels? I need those wheels!!

I am running H&R coilovers to suit a Touran in the front and the rear leafs have been reset 75 m/m lower rather than the "axle flip". Rear shockers are Koni gas Sport to suit the mk2 Caddy but rethreading the top mounting holes make them work a treat! It sits dead flat when cornering hard and the steering is so precise and direct compared to my Golf.
The wheels are a factory accessory for the Mk5 Golfs and Jettas, "Kathioms" I think their name is. 18x8in
They are very easy to clean compared to the BBS!! Being in a long winter down here I find the orange never looks dirty, only the wheels give it away.
Looking forward to my first summer with the Caddy as I have only had it 2 1/2 months so far. It had been well looked after by its previous owner, for sure!

any pics off the rear axle lad does you wheel sit center off the wheel arch

I will try and take a pic underneath today, and yes, the wheels do fit very central in the rear arches.

Would be nice if you could show us how you have made the bracket for the slider rail cover? That would be class!!

Hi, nt really sure what u mean by reseting the leaf springs, any chance of some more details or pics, thanks ps nice van.

Sorry fellas, I haver been a bit quiet here due to work pressures and being booked out solid until the 6th november!
I will post up some pics of the rear end and front bracket for the rail shortly.
The rear leafs were sent to a local springworks and were pressed and retempered to get the drop.
Sorry once again, I will take some pics this weekend coming.
