My Maxi Life had some of the tools in a foam block sitting in the overhead shelf on the LHS. Highly dangerous there so I moved it into the unfer-floor compartment behind the front seats. The jack itself is in a compartment behind the RHS rear wheel. I am not sure where this is in the non-Life models though.

In mine I have : the jack, the brace, the spark plug/screwdrive combo tool, a metal ring to pull wheel nut caps. I think there should also be a bar to help locate/swap wheels and maybe an alloy key if you have alloys.
Rear ended and killed  1.9 TDi DSG indian blue wrapped in slightly darker blue lol, now replaced with a new Highline 1.6 TDi DSG bit naked without the logos yet - rather fun but not quite my Audi S4, but makes me smile as much as my 2.6e 80 Cabriolet!!
