You know any good carpenters?
Otherwise look for your nearest Sortimo dealer, they'll sort you out but they aint cheap.

Re: hello can anyone help???
Van System do a cheaper alternative to Sortimo's stuff.
Sortimo is better built though and its crash tested and insurance approved which is why its that expensive.
I used to work for Van Extras which are a fitting agent for both.

Re: hello can anyone help???
I used trunk Liner from AS-Essentials..
If I was to do it again, I would get the 2 meter wide stuff..
Give them a ring, really helpful guys..
Just get plenty of glue..
If anyone needs any help, pm me..

One last thing, make sure you waterproof it, as it will absorb, I use W5 stuff from Lidl..

Re: hello can anyone help???
It adds a bit, but not a huge amount, will have a remap when the van is finished to compensate for any weight gain..
I don't race the van, so some weight adage isn't a massive concern, being able to drive from job to job with my kit is important

dooka... that looks really good. I'm planning on doing something similar in mine.
How much of the trunk liner did you use for the van sides etc?

Re: hello can anyone help???
To do the whole of the back, you will need around 10-12 meters, that's allowing some spare, I have used roughly 11 meters of the stuff, if you want to do the back in one piece, it is defo a 2-3 man job, as once the glue starts to go off, it grabs, which can be a real pain..

Re: hello can anyone help???
Hows it going spiderpig here are some pics of my underfloor drawer system. I use it every day and its hard as nails loads and loads of space pull out vice and three bread-man drawers costs was around £1800+vat this was £500+vat less than VW system.
PS that dooka lads work looks excellent would have loved a custom job like that myself only I needed something with a hard surface that is easy to wipe clean.
Sorry about the size of the pics how do I reduce this??
