Removed the badly done silver wrap from my cluster frame and sprayed it instead. Too much work.

Made aluminium trims for gear stick and cup holder. I used 4mm plate and it cost about £5.

Templated.

Cut with jigsaw.

I then used a belt sander to take most of the corners off.

Hand sanded the rest.

Sanded to 1200 grit.

Finished it with t-cut to give a satin look.

Just got the cup holder to do. Was too dark to take pics of it in position.

I pulled the rubber of. It gives a cleaner finish when the rubber is back on plus the metal gives an nice edge to run your knife to trim the carpet.

Checked my air filter and it was so dirty so treated the caddy to a new piper cross panel filter. Also fitted a black leather handbrake cover with white stitching.

2012 Audi TT air vents have arrived so may have a play over the weekend.

Not just yet Longman. I had to re-do both trims as I took too much off the inside, which left the corners of the plastic visible if that makes sense. Just finished the gear stick trim so will take a pic tomorrow.
