Looking For My First 2K Caddy

Ok so I’ve always had VAG stuff and now want a caddy

I’m after a swb 1.9 TDI and it must have the electric pack and air con I’m not to worried on mileage as I’ve had PD lumps with over 250k on them plus my budget is quite low at 2-2.5k but they are out there with like 150-170k on so what do I look for problem wise?

Are the gearbox’d And flywheel a weakness like a lot of the VAG range?

How easy is the pd 130 swap?

I’m limited on here at the moment as to what I can look at post wise so any help with what to look out for or any vans for sale would be much appreciated.

Mine might be coming up for sale in February, it's a 1.9 tdi with electric pack and sat Nav but no air con, it's got 180,000 on it with no service history so I'm having the cam belt done. I'll be renewing the mot in Feb, it's got 17" VW Ronal alloys. There's some light damage to the nearside which if I sort out will be reflected in the price.
