Re: What did you do to your van today?
It’s a good look mate. Only reason I had mine painted was due to leaving my handbrake off and smashing the back bumper, otherwise I’d have left mine black I reckon.

@swan I think the colour coded bumpers look better than the normal black ones

I’m 50/50 to be honest mate. However, your new bumper looks boss mate, that’s a 100 % better painted

I like the OEM+ style, but seeing everyone's GTI bumpers and what can be done there is very tempting

@swan thanks buddy. everything takes time buddy and I’m sure you will get all the mods you want.
@Gas Cop I loved my original bumper until I saw the one I have now. I couldn’t stop myself from getting it

Re: What did you do to your van today?
Stripped my van to bits looking for the cause of my radio interference, it used to be perfect but any other station but radio one and I get awful interference! Am I right in thinking the aerials are in the wing mirrors in a 2014 maxi? Cheers

Re: What did you do to your van today?
I fitted my lowered adjustable drop links from Road nutz...What a difference!
Set them up as per some youtube blokes last night and talk about night and day.....Obviously, no more clunking on small bumps, but the van feels planted on the straights and the corners...,..so smooth! There is obviously no pre-loading on the ARB, so it is able to do the job properly.
best mod so far

@grunt
Safe way to do is just make sure
Wash car using two bucket method
Take small piece of clay and make flat and soft by rolling and flatten with your hands
Using same soap and warm water
Soap up the area and keep clay flat with no pressure just do a couple of passes and rinse of soap with water
Very simple to do and no need for elbow grease or exspensive pruducts to remove tar etc
