This is the same style as the mk7 golf but note the buttons are different and the illumination is red
This wheel doesn’t need the spacewalker module and you keep the cruise on the stalk

Ohhh I like the mk7 gold stalks they look really smart, I’ve kind of got used to the idea of the cruise control on the steering wheel now haha.
Lazy bugger I am.

When changing the steering wheel over does the steering wheel need centring via the software as well as coding if that makes sense?

Also is there a auto wiper retro fit while changing the stalks over to the mk7 golf?

Upgrade steering wheel for Mk4

My caddy mk4 does not need the spacewalker module. My mate codes it to the buttons on my steeringwheel but I didn’t liked it so do not use them just the handle. My wheel comes out of a Polo

Rk, the pedals are off eBay and the deadman (footrest) is just an overlay plate from a shop in Birmingham

Sean, the mats are oem mk6 golf R mats from the dealer mate, they come as a set of 4 and the rears fit perfect too

Upgrade steering wheel for Mk4

Rk, that’s interesting that you can code yours to work from the wheel without the space module, I see your illumination is red which would indicate it’s the same as the caddy Mfsw etc

What steering module do you have mate ?

Do you have cruise or adaptive cruise ?

I can ask my friend to read it out which module my caddy has.

Normal cruise has mine otherwise with acc it can have other buttons on the left on the steeringwheel ;) like most golf mf steeringwheels have with the round airbags.

It’s a trendline which inside was nice with a lot options already from factory. Outside it changed the most, however people think inside got modded a lot as well but I liked this steeringwheel more over the standard my one and took the caddy seats out and placed s-line sportseats. Added the caddy life carbon trim on the dash with vents. For the rest it’s all from factory. Outside it had steelies and satin black textured bumpers and the big black mirrors. Changed there the most.
