I’ve been soundproofing the cab floor over the last few days. I will be starting the rear and the doors after that.

Would you say this has had the effect you were hoping for?
@veitchy. If I’m honest mate, it hasn’t made it as quiet as I’d hoped it would. Maybe I was expecting a bit much I don’t know.
I was actually thinking about test driving another caddy that hadn’t been done to hear the difference.

What's the process behind this and where did you get it done? Is that £40 for all 4 wheels? They look smart.
Its a wheel kit they sell.....i rubbed the bubbly lawyer down (about 15 minutes) then cleaned em with isopropyl alcohol , then they had three coats of matt Black, and one of bronze candy pearl, left em 8 hours, then a coat of lacquer, then 12 hours later they were on.
Got to fit my seats in and finishing off fitting the interior then it's off to my work with it to finish off the bits underneath and setting up the tracking
Test fitted wheel front and back, pissed it down so was in a rush. Door clearance looks fine, just need tyres top mounts and drop links now so will get it all done in next few months
