Well that confirms it found out you can turn bulb warning off for any lights that are led and bringing warning light on. But not with VCDS

Yes, please do.
I cannot work out how to turn off warning for headlight high & low beam or fogs.

VCP does it. It can change the parameters on the PQx5 platform BCM and turn off the "warm" diagnostics. I'd normally charge for this but for forum members I'm sure we can call it a coffee. I think I owe you a favour anyway @Doc. If people haven't got access to VCP I'll happily meet up and do it. It's a 10 min job

Ok, I've got VCP myself.
I am aware of the guided function but that only has warm diagnostics and not cold if I remember correctly.
I'll need to check again but I'm fairly certain headlight low and high beam and fogs were not on there last time I looked.

These "Dynamic" self centering wheel center caps arrived from TPS today.
Image

Thought I'd take a punt as the dimensions are very close to the caps on my 18" winter wheels.
I'll know tomorrow I guess.
Part number is 000-071-213

£91 all in was the best price they'd do, you can get them from eBay for a few quid more.

Nah, that'd be a bit too much like hard work, I like the easy life.
Plus, I don't have four fidget spinners.

Nice one, that's a good saving on the list price.
Wasn't aware they did more than one size.

todY i sent my poorly caddy to the man with a hot stick so he can weld in a new sill as it was rotten. the bonus of this is that i will need a trip to the paint man after, and that means its a great excuse to get some colourcoding done. Mirrors, and bumper i think. debating whether to get a touran front bumper to be colour coded, seems to be the logical move

Haven't tried it myself, but there are bits in the BCM lighting profile EEPROM (that one flashes to change to single reverse, E light pattern on Mk4 rear lights etc.) to disable diagnostics on a particular lighting output.
