Gave it a quick wash, usual 2 bucket etc and coated with P&S beadmaker. This is a fantastic product I've been using for a few years now. Gives the paint work a rich wet glossy look. Van went from being a 20 footer to a 10 footer. Will slowly start to correct the paint work and ceramic coat them once I start to get some of the paint work re done.
Spent the day fitting thermoliner to the panels and doors, over sound deadening I did yesterday. Deburred and taped over a considerable amount of holes and removed panels / cleaned surfaces ready to carpet the walls tomorrow.
Still plenty left to do but I'll probably be bored when it's finished haha!
Sorry I don’t have a photo, as I can’t seem to work out how on earth to post a photo, but I did spend a good hour polishing out some horrid lacquer damage caused by some pesky bird poo that was on for about 4 days. Apparently the uric acid eats into the paint. I used a little handheld lithium battery polisher. It did a great job, but it’s tiny. I think the heads are 70mm so it’s only for small or inaccessible areas. But certainly saved taking it to a professional.
Using my newly acquired 2012 Caddy match as a window cleaning van. Last night I wired in the split charge unit to run the pump. So far its a great can for light window cleaning.
