75% light transmission through the windshield, this allows 85-89% through and is perfectly legal, even seen some police videos about mods and they tested one. It passed.

@Billy.2kcaddy yeah mate local company in Portsmouth called Tintex, they also do blue and purple type ones which would look awesome on blue. I can't decide on this or a normal dark tint on the side windows

Nice mate, I think it really transforms them which is weird as being a bit of tint Image maybe full on the front I reckon now for sure.

Was on the verge of putting it up for sale but, I’ve done about 300 miles in it this weekend and even though I haven’t fallen back in love with it, I at least like it again.
I’ll see how the next few weeks go.

Do you ever go to Costco in Southampton? I was there a few weeks back and saw a white caddy with chameleon tint on the front screen.

Today I fitted and coded in my tinted mk4 tail lights into my mk3 facelift caddy. I’m quite happy with the outcome.

I’ve had a small, annoying, intermittent rattle for a few weeks now that I couldn’t pin down to anything, doing an oil and filter change found the issue….

Stuck between the subframe/steering rack and rattling about! Cheapest repair yet!

Started cleaning the interior. I can't believe how much grime I got off of the steering wheel, it looked clean, gave it a quick wipe and found it to be sticky in parts afterwards, thought I had perished through the rubber or something.

Nope I had just disturbed a decades worth of grime from the previous owner. I hadn't noticed because they look to use the bottom of the steering wheel, it was caked on, the texture was smoothed over. Took a full terry towel and lots of scrubbing and now it is much better.
