Changed a faulty glow plug, serviced and replaced rear shocks. Lowering has finally been completed on MTS Technik coilovers and axle flip!

More mods on the way!

Shoved a load of the B&Q insulation in, itch free, still need a mask with the amount it sheds!

fitted the anchor points for the second euro track rail, and anchor points for the short racking I need to make. turns out my neighbours don't like the sound of my oscillating saw.

Alloys looking good! Nice clean!
When I washed my alloys last week the water froze on the tires.. had to bring them inside and wait before I could dry them of.

What paint did you go with on the calipers? Yellow? (Kind of hard to see from this angle). I have the same colour on my caddy, that is why I’m asking.

Tinted the rear window this evening. Really happy with the result!

It was a challenge for sure. The black off was really tight to the edge of metal. Little bit off a struggle before is was cut correctly and fitted properly.Image

Maybe a stupid question, but do you tint inside the window, or outside?

You normally lay it on the outside of the glass, heat it so it forms the shape of the window curves, cut it, then apply to the inside. All tints are inside of glass otherwise it would get damaged easily & scratch. Quite a simple process but bit of a pig to get access in some vehicles & also to make sure you don’t get any dirt or crud between tint & glass. I need to do mine as previous owner seems to have used slightly different colour from one side to the other & it’s screwing with my ocd lol
