Have to change my rear bump stops as badly worn could someone tell me with experience of removing what is the best method for removing old ones and fitting the new ones.

You definitely need a spine socket set I can mind the size but sure someone on here might help on that. The bolt heads is up no side the bump stop just undo the bolt and that’s it.
I’ll look out the part number for these for you as I done mine last year.
