215/65 R16 on ET50 Wheels - Stock Suspension Rubbing Issues? (2014 Caddy 4motion)

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some "science-based" advice from the hive-mind before I pull the trigger on my Swamper build. 🚐🛠️

I have a 2014 VW Caddy 4motion (Typ 2K) and I’m planning to keep the STOCK suspension for now (no lift kit yet).

The Setup:
- Wheels: 16" x 6.5J with an ET50 offset.
- Tires: 215/65 R16 (All-Terrain).

The Concern:
I’m worried about two specific things:
- The ET50: Since the offset is quite high (tucked in), will a 215 wide tire bite the front strut or the spring perch?
- The Diameter: At 686mm, is this just too tall for a stock van? Am I going to destroy my wheel liners on every bump?
