Ways to access Digital Service Record online

Does anyone know a way to access VW Digital Service Record online?

For some reason VW App doesn't work with the VIN on my 2018 Caddy, and I don't really want to have to go to the VW garage to get a printout...

Any reliable online resources?

Create an account/ log on to VW ErWin and you can download specific data for your van. It will tell you every option your van came with. You can also download wiring diagrams and work shop repair documents. You do have to pay a small fee per hour. https://volkswagen.erwin-store.com/erwin/showHome.do

I thought I read that also but funnily enough I was able to log on this morning, it cost me 10 Euro and I was able to get my van specific info. When you join up just put any company name in and it will accept it. Worked for me.

Weird, I just tried to log in and my account has been deactivated. Maybe it's an EU/UK thing? I am in the UK. Even your pictures don't work, I expect you have them on Imgur, which has now banned all UK users due to them not being able to meet stringent UK online access laws now.

That could well be the case if you cant log on, it was pretty straight forward for me and I was thinking its a bit to easy if banned it for private individuals.

What country are you in? Can anyone else confirm working or not in the UK please.

I'm in Ireland/EU. I just tried to register as a private individual and got the message "Unfortunately erWin is no longer available to private customers."

I then tried to register as a company, using the name of the company I work for, and it was successful.
